PRECIO  MENSUAL  CON TODOS LOS GASTOS SUMINISTROS, agua, electricidad, internet, LIMPIEZA de cocinas( bajamos la basura todos los días ) salón-comedor, terrazas...... FACTURAS, REPARACIONES, SEGUROS ... TODO  INCLUIDO ,   

Esto es lo que nos diferencia del alquiler de habitaciones o pisos compartidos 

El precio  incluye:  

* Facturas de  suministros  : Agua, Electricidad, Calefacción suelo radiante en invierno 24 horas  al día    y suelo Refrigerado en verano 24 horas al día  , internet  Movistar  600 megas por wifi y cable en todas las habitaciones

* Limpieza diaria  para   mantenimiento de todas las zonas comunes , cocinas, baños compartidos, terrazas, zona de juegos....   incluye bajar las bolsas de basura todos los días .

, Productos de limpieza en zonas comunes , jabón para fregar , jabón limpiar suelos, bolsas de basura, papel higiénico , lejía ... 

 * Todas las reparaciones y mantenimiento  de  todas las instalaciones  y los electrodomésticos  que se estropean, 

* Habitaciones  totalmente equipadas y listas para instalarse   con  dos juegos de sábanas , edredones,  fundas de colchón  y toallas

 * Seguros obligatorios y de responsabilidad civil 

* Derecho a cocina amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, armarios para cada habitación con toda la vajilla y utensilios para poder cocinar y comer , lavadoras, frigo combi para cada 2 habitaciones, productos de limpieza básicos, servicio de recogida y reciclaje de basura, utensilios de limpieza. 

* Se factura mensualmente 


Todas las habitaciones tienen  cama de noventa cm  y cama nido debajo para invitados, o cama  de 160cm,  mesa y sillón de estudios, las abuhardilladas tienen velux con mando a distancia y sensor de lluvia, puertas de aluminio correderas  las que tienen terraza privada,  televisión de 32 pulgadas con mando a distancia, calefacción radiante y suelo refrigerado en verano y ventilador . Entregamos  dos juegos de cama completos y 2 juegos de toallas.

Es un ático de lujo en la mejor zona de Valladolid, centro comercial vallsur , covaresa. Tenemos terrazas , piscina y pista de paddel. 

 Se aparca en la puerta sin problema y sin zona azul.

Entrada a la casa automatizada  con app  para el movil

Lineas de autobús 1 y 2 debajo de casa, a 10 minutos del centro de VAlladolid. 

Bus de Renault justo en la esquina. 

Se puede cambiar a otros tipos de habitación según van quedando disponibles. 

Todas las zonas comunes a tu disposición  ..................   ZONAS PARA FUMADORES 

SERVICIOS OPCIONALES:

Zona  peatonal, boulevard  zona ajardinada con parques , carril bici    para pasear   justo al lado    hasta  el  paseo de los castaños detrás de la Junta de Castilla y león  


REQUISITOS :  ESTANCIA MÍNIMA  6 MESES, PRESENTAR  CONTRATO DE TRABAJO  , PAGAR LA FIANZA DE 1 MES  igual  al precio de la estancia   en   la habitación   seleccionada 

 FIRMAR  EL ACUERDO DE CONVIVENCIA PARA NO MOLESTAR NI SER MOLESTADO 

El precio total es la suma de la  habitación,  la cuota de facturas de suministros , los extras  de cada habitación.   Desde  395 € precio total, todos los gastos incluidos .
